Job Summary<\/p>\n
\tTo carry out the production of packaging material on the Slitting Machine according to the production plan and quality control procedures<\/p>\n
What you will do<\/p>\n
\tFollow production safety rules
\n\tWork according to existing procedures\/standards. Continuously improve these procedures\/standards as required
\n\tEnsure that production is carried out according to the production plan
\n\tEnsure that all quality parameters are continuously met and carry out all quality checks as required
\n\tMonitor and control finishing quality and ensure that defect waste is eliminated
\n\tEnsure that setups are performed efficiently with minimal waste
\n\tIdentify and remove defects
\n\tIdentify unmarked defects
\n\tCommunicate any non-conformances to the Slitter Operator
\n\tIdentify anomalies and raise tags
\n\tRemove tags by correcting anomalies
\n\tParticipate in WCM teams
\n\tCreate OPLs and SOPs<\/p>\n

Minimum Education<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\tN6 Technical Diploma
\n\tEquivalent Technical education to follow basic Tetra Pak work routines and standards.<\/p>\n
