As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you’ll go beyond traditional HR functions to provide strategic guidance and support. You will:<\/p>\n
\tAct as a trusted advisor:\u00a0Provide expert advice on complex HR issues, leveraging your in-depth knowledge to guide management and resolve challenges.
\n\tDrive business performance:\u00a0Analyze and interpret key business data to support management in achieving corporate and divisional goals.
\n\tLead strategic projects:\u00a0Champion and lead key HR initiatives that improve efficiency and drive innovation within the organization.
\n\tOptimize processes:\u00a0Use your expertise in process automation to find new ways to streamline and enhance HR operations.<\/p>\n
What will you bring?<\/p>\n
We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic professional with a strong HR background. To be successful in this role, you should have:<\/p>\n
\tRelevant Experience:\u00a0A minimum of\u00a0five years of progressive experience\u00a0in a human resources role, preferably as a Business Partner. Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus.
\n\tStrategic Skills:\u00a0The ability to think strategically, analyze complex information, and translate business needs into effective HR solutions.
\n\tTechnical Expertise:\u00a0A strong understanding of various HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
\n\tProcess Improvement:\u00a0Proven experience in\u00a0process automation\u00a0and a passion for finding innovative ways to improve efficiency and workflows.
\n\tEducation:\u00a0A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/p>\n
