\tHelp the businesses to implement solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners. Analyze by studying the needs, its business model, its workflows, and its technological systems. Making recommendations to Management that will improve business efficiency. Document requirements and solutions against best practices and frameworks.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDevelop Business and Process COE
\n\tBuild business and process analysis frameworks\/practices within MAH
\n\tEstablish COE for MAH
\n\tAssist in the development and implementation of a repository
\n\tProvide and incorporate methodology to keep business rules updated at all times
\n\tImplement governance framework
\n\tImplement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements
\n\tDevelop business concepts, capabilities and organizational structures as informed by business strategy \u2013 Identify and develop business processes and requirements
\n\tHighlight business rules, data and concepts.
\n\tProvide operational thinking that enables the group to focus on the big picture
\n\tImplement management and control systems and frameworks to ensure alignment between business capabilities and strategic goals
\n\tConduct Business and Process analysis
\n\tAssess business holistically and develop the business architecture
\n\tDevelop and validate both current-state and future-state maps with cross-functional teams and\/or customers
\n\tDistill large amounts of complex requirements and data from disparate sources, condense, simplify and clearly articulate the information for the purpose of problem solving
\n\tAssist in defining a set of KPIs that allow management to measure performance of the business as a whole
\n\tDocument business requirements
\n\tDocument business processes
\n\tAlways challenge the status quo to obtain best outcomes
\n\tEliciting requirements
\n\tTranslating and simplifying requirements
\n\tRequirements management and communication
\n\tPrioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups
\n\tApply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving
\n\tResearching possible software solutions to increase work efficiency
\n\tDevelop business data
\n\tAssist in defining business data architecture
\n\tAssist in continuously refining data architecture
\n\tClearly map data flows (current and future)
\n\tBuild Capability for Business and Process Analysis
\n\tProvide the bridging between business strategy, enterprise architecture
\n\tBusiness processes (implemented through systems, people and their individual job functions)
\n\tTeach internal teams and countries on frameworks and capabilities
\n\tProvide services to internal teams and country \/ regional MAH businesses<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBCom Degree or equivalent qualification
\n\tBusiness and process analysis certification
\n\tCustomer Experience knowledge and experience<\/p>\n

\tMinimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in Business and Process Analysis
\n\tExperience with working with African markets would be an advantage
\n\tMultiChoice Product \/ Service knowledge an advantage
\n\tExcellent understanding of business and process design principles and methodologies and proven track record
\n\tGood overall experience in all areas of the MAH Business would be an advantage<\/p>\n
