{"id":18585,"date":"2025-09-09T14:00:25","date_gmt":"2025-09-09T14:00:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/job\/human-resources-manager\/"},"modified":"2025-12-10T00:26:49","modified_gmt":"2025-12-10T00:26:49","slug":"human-resources-manager","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/southafrica\/?post_type=job_listing&p=18585","title":{"rendered":"Human Resources Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Main purpose \/ objective of the position: \u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tThe HR Manager will drive the HR Business Partnership with stakeholders across South Africa.<br \/>\n\tSuccessful incumbent must have proven track record in HR management end to end\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEnsure that comprehensive Human Resources skills complement and enhance the existing Employee Relations (ER) functions within the business unit.<br \/>\n\tThe HRM will implement HR strategies aligned with the company\u2019s business goals and will serve as a HR Business Partner to workforce teams in relation to HR-related matters<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>\tDrive key HR delivery in relation to talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.<br \/>\n\tDrive People Plan within area of responsibility and ensure alignment to business plan\/s.<br \/>\n\tEnsure a cohesive approach to employee relations and compliance with labour regulations, to ensure a seamless integration of HR functions and to support the overall objectives of the organisation.<br \/>\n\tConduct an organisational assessment to determine the current state of HR-related functions and identify areas for development.<br \/>\n\tImplement and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with the company\u2019s vision, mission, and values.<br \/>\n\tWork closely with internal business partners to develop a talent pipeline as well as accountable for the overall recruitment process, including job descriptions, talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.<br \/>\n\tImplement a performance management system that drives high performance and supports career development.<br \/>\n\tWork closely with internal business partners to develop a training and development programme to address current and future skills gaps.<br \/>\n\tImplement a compensation strategy that is competitive and fair, aligning with the company\u2019s financial capabilities and strategic objectives.<br \/>\n\tAdvise and support managers in HR-related decision making and serve as a mediator in resolving workplace conflicts.<br \/>\n\tEnsure statutory compliance throughout the HR department and stay updated on changes in relevant legislation.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.<\/p>\n<p>Experience and Skills<\/p>\n<p>\tProficiency in English is a non-negotiable requirement of this vacancy<br \/>\n\tProven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with experience in setting up an HR department\u00a0<br \/>\n\tStrong understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures within various regions in South Africa<br \/>\n\tProficient in HR software, e.g. Sage People and Microsoft Office Suite.<br \/>\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\n\tStrategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br \/>\n\tAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( N \/ A ) or<\/p>\n<p>cbreexcellerate.simplify.hr<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/cbreexcellerate.simplify.hr","_company_name":"CBRE Excellerate","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"CBRE Excellerate provide an integrated suite of high-quality real estate services across Africa and the Middle East, including facilities management, advisory & transaction services, project & development management, broking, valuations and property management (outside of South Africa) and will allo... read morew us to expand the self-delivery of integrated facilities management services to enterprise clients.
