Position Summary<\/p>\n
\tTo achieve volume growth market share by driving recommendation\/ advocacy of Nestl\u00e9 Infant Nutrition products with Health Care Professionals and Institutions as a trusted solution provider in his\/her assigned territory. Responsible for ethically and science based building the image of and the role of Nestle Infant Nutrition products in the 1st 1000 days, in order to compliantly drive recommendation\/advocacy \/prescriptions for these products.<\/p>\n
A day in the life of a Nestle Infant Nutrition Medical Delegate:<\/p>\n
\tProduct and concept detailing in the assigned territory:
\n\tApply Professional Negotiation Skills at an advanced level and use the appropriate product, concept knowledge and research to detail the NIN range to HCPs.<\/p>\n
Territory management:<\/p>\n
\tManage the assigned territory of about 250 HCPs including HCI\u2019s in assigned territory
\n\tAchievement of field force effectiveness as per Master data management\/ HCP classification\/ HCP and HCI segmentation, master schedule planning, HCP call rate, call strike rate and execution of territory action plans
\n\tExecution of \u201chybrid\/remote interaction model\u201d<\/p>\n
Compliance:<\/p>\n
\tApplication of the Code Management system guiding compliance for all daily activities, to assist the leadership team to ensure that all activities within the team and region, comply with the WHO International Code for the marketing of Breastmilk substitutes, Nestle Instructions and the local Code.<\/p>\n
Advocacy:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure increased advocacy towards Nestle Infant Nutrition products and Nestle Nutrition services, when detailing to HCP’s and HCI\u2019s, through applying the acquired functional competency skills and key account management
\n\tSeek and build strategic relationships with key contacts in both private and government sector
\n\tDriving recommendation \/ advocacy at an Institutional level and with Health Care Professionals<\/p>\n
What will make you successful<\/p>\n
\tB B\/BSc Dietetics\/ Nutrition or Nursing degree holder with relevant 2 years plus experience
\n\tExperience in Medical Delegate role or a representative in the pharmaceutical industry will be a benefit.
\n\tExperience with data management using a digital device and MS Excel intermediate experience required
\n\tMust have a valid\/unendorsed driver\u2019s license
\n\tMust be able to fluently speak English
\n\tMust have good planning, organizing, communication and negotiation skills
\n\tMust be able to work independently, self-starter, solution orientated, adaptable and result driven
\n\tMust be willing to travel (including trips away from home)
\n\tComputer literate, MS Office, MS Excel intermediate level with data analysis experience
\n\tExperience with virtual engagement<\/p>\n
