\tThe Operations Manager at\u00a0MAN Financial Services (South Africa) (RF) (PTY) LTD plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the company\u2019s day-to-day operations.
\n\tThis role involves overseeing operational processes, optimizing workflows, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial services, and a passion for operational excellence<\/p>\n
Duties:<\/p>\n
\tManage and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices to support business goals.
\n\tLead, mentor, and develop operations staff to ensure high performance and engagement.
\n\tIdentify inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline operations and reduce costs.
\n\tEnsure all operations comply with relevant financial regulations, internal policies, and risk management frameworks.

\n\tExperience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
\n\tProject management certification (e.g., PMP)
\n\tFamiliarity with financial compliance frameworks (e.g., FICA, FATCA, AML)<\/p>\n
