\n\tThe ideal candidate will be responsible to coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems ensuring a strong internal control environment through the implementation of policies, procedures, Standard Operational Procedures and Self Audit process.<\/p>\n
What you will love doing in this role<\/p>\n
Drive Operational Efficiencies:<\/p>\n
\tPlan and execute financial stock takes.
\n\tEnsure showroom processes (inventory, receiving, and frontline) adhere to legal regulations.
\n\tAlign showroom merchandise with the current product catalogue.
\n\tMerchandise products according to visual guidelines.
\n\tManage showroom productivity across all areas to drive sales.
\n\tDevelop timely action plans to address and resolve deficiencies.<\/p>\n
Stock Management:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure efficient stock control processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
\n\tOversee stock taking and counts within the store<\/p>\n
Cash Management:<\/p>\n
\tImplement efficient cash handling procedures (counting, recounting, reconciling discrepancies, making deposits).
\n\tInvestigate cash shrinkage, counterfeit currency, and discrepancies in safe and bank balances.
\n\tReduce cash exposure to prevent robberies and burglaries.
\n\tTrack cash flow between POS and the safe.<\/p>\n
People Management:<\/p>\n
\tProvide training on internal controls and educate staff on store risks.
\n\tOffer coaching and guidance to maximize efficiency and ensure compliance.<\/p>\n
Reporting:<\/p>\n
\tDeliver timely reports on the internal control framework and address deficiencies.<\/p>\n
Health and Safety Compliance:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure adherence to health and safety regulations in the store<\/p>\n

What you\u2019ll need to do this role<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12\/Matric\/NQF 4 – Minimum (Required)
\n\tMin 10 years\u2019 experience in Compliance and Admin Management
\n\tMust\u00a0not be currently debarred or declared not fit and proper in terms of the FAIS Act<\/p>\n
