\tAn opportunity has become available at our Regional Offices (Johannesburg) within Cape Union Mart for a Facilities Supervisor within the Facilities division. The general overseeing of regional office which includes fleet management, general maintenance of stores and various other responsibilities.
\n\tResponsible for ensuring that all company vehicles are serviced and maintained in a roadworthy condition and that all mechanical handling equipment is maintained in accordance with company policy. Briefs drivers on the specific details of their delivery schedules to ensure maximum efficiency, courtesy and safe driving.<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tCall out Suppliers to visit the store and forward an estimate quote for the job to be done
\n\tGet approval from Area Leader
\n\tGenerate PO & forward it to the Supplier
\n\tOnce supplier completes the Job, they need to forward the Job card and Invoice for processing
\n\tResponding to maintenance and repairs requests from stores via Logging calls on JIRA
\n\tAllocating Maintenance Jobs to the Workshop team & external Suppliers for away stores in the South
\n\tExpediting all orders and callouts
\n\tPurchasing of Regional office staff welfare perishables once a month eg tea, coffee, sugar, cleaning materials
\n\tAllocating purchases to kitchens
\n\tAllocate cleaning materials to cleaners
\n\tSources, identifies, communicates and assists with maintaining a preferred supplier base.
\n\tNegotiates prices for a fixed period on preferred supplier and pricing agreements as well as ad-hoc purchases.
\n\tEnsures that company benefits from cost saving strategies.
\n\tMeeting Suppliers to discuss their performance,
\n\tAddress complains comments & recommendations with external Suppliers.
\n\tObtains quotes, captures requests and places orders.
\n\tEnsuring Suppliers paid: Process Maintenance Invoices & submit to Finance for Payments.
\n\tEnsures expediting of outstanding orders and Jobs are done daily to minimise risk to the business and making sure lead times not being met.
\n\tClosing completed Tasks by workshop, Tea ladies and cleaning team open calls
\n\tManage the car wash schedule (Kanyisa) in accordance with all pool cars.
\n\tManagement of the receptionist with admin duties related to the accounting function on SAGE. (i.e. area leader credit card recon on accounting SAGE database.
\n\tWashing and upkeep of fleet vehicles on a weekly basis as per schedule provided.
\n\tManagement of driver delivery and collection weekly schedules
\n\tResponsible for license renewal of vehicles
\n\tTransferring ownership of vehicles that have been sold.
\n\tDe-registering vehicles that have been written off.
\n\tAny duty related to company vehicles
\n\tResponsible with OHASA requirements for regional office
\n\tOversee the relationship with the landlord managing any facility and upkeep of maintenance of regional office.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 \/ Matric
\n\tDrivers Licence Code B
\n\t5 years experience in similar role
\n\tExperience in transport environment; licensing, maintenance of vehicles
\n\tTraffic Fine Department
\n\tDelivery Schedules and logistics
\n\tExperience in JIRA ,vehicle particulars and vehicle service agreements<\/p>\n
