Your Mission<\/p>\n
\tThe Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for managing and promoting sales culture within a retail store to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals to position PUMA to be the Fastest Sports Brand in the world.
\n\tSales Management:\u00a0Drive and achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.
\n\tCustomer Experience:\u00a0Ensure high standards of customer service and engagement on the sales floor.
\n\tStore Operations:\u00a0Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.Conduct full pre-sale preparation of goods, including checking names, quantities, completeness, prices, labeling compliance, unpacking, and inspecting the appearance. Arrange and display goods according to the company’s international rules.
\n\tMonitor the availability of goods in the trade section, check the quality, expiration dates, and ensure proper labeling and pricing.
\n\tInventory Management:\u00a0Manage stock levels, conduct inventory counts, and ensure product availability in the sales floor.
\n\tVisual Merchandising:\u00a0Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
\n\tReporting:\u00a0Prepare and analyze sales reports, and provide insights to improve performance.
\n\tCompliance:\u00a0Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
\n\tCommunication:\u00a0Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments.
\n\tProduct Knowledge & Sales Management:\u00a0Achieving or exceeding sales, KPIs, and profitability goals. Understanding the purposes, properties, quality, care rules, and prices of the products being sold. This includes being able to offer substitute, new, and related products to customers.
\n\tCustomer Service & Communication Skills:\u00a0Providing high standards of customer service and engagement on the sales floor, assisting customers in choosing products, and resolving conflict situations.Fostering effective communication within the team and with other departments.
\n\tProblem-Solving & Strong analytical skills.
\n\tSales Floor Stock:\u00a0Manage stock levels in the sales floor and ensure sizes and styles are available for the customers.
\n\tRequired to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required<\/p>\n
