Support Property Managers in renewal negotiations and be responsible for the management, optimisation, and strategic planning of the company owned properties ensuring that all assets are effectively utilized, maintained, and aligned with the company&#8217;s financial and operational objectives. Play a vital role within the Development Team by evaluating potential development opportunities, conducting financial analysis, and providing insights to support sound decisions.<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<br \/>\nQualifications:<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Property Studies, Economics or a related field.<br \/>\n\tA minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, with exposure to property development and financial analysis.<br \/>\n\tProven experience managing a large portfolio of leased properties.<br \/>\n\tStrong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.<br \/>\n\tExcellent negotiation and communication skills.<br \/>\n\tStrong organisational and problem-solving abilities.<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of South African property laws and regulations.<\/p>\n<p>Skills and Competencies:<\/p>\n<p>\tAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in organizing and interpreting complex data.<br \/>\n\tStrong mathematical acumen and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.<br \/>\n\tExcellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, including report writing and presentation delivery.<br \/>\n\tExperience managing and monitoring budgets.<br \/>\n\tStrong time management and organizational skills with a systematic approach to workload.<br \/>\n\tAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.<br \/>\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.<br \/>\n\tStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.<br \/>\n\tAttention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.<\/p>\n<p>Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Portfolio Management:<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop and implement strategies for the optimal utilization of all owned assets.<br \/>\n\tMonitor and evaluate the performance of the property portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.<\/p>\n<p>Lease Management:<\/p>\n<p>\tProvide support to Property Managers in negotiating lease renewal terms and conditions to secure favourable agreements.<br \/>\n\tManage lease renewals, terminations, and extensions salient details.<br \/>\n\tEnsure compliance with lease agreements and mitigate risks associated with lease obligations linked to lease salient details.<\/p>\n<p>Financial Management:<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop and manage the asset management budget for Boxer owned properties.<br \/>\n\tAnalyse financial performance of the asset and leased store portfolio, identifying areas for cost savings and value enhancement.<br \/>\n\tPrepare regular financial reports for senior management.<br \/>\n\tData and Financial Analysis\/ Budgets and Forecasts<br \/>\n\tGather and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and<br \/>\n\tCreate and assess financial models to evaluate the feasibility of projects.
