Purpose of Role: <\/p>\n
\tResponsible for overseeing all site-based building and facility projects, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities: <\/p>\n
\tProject Oversight: Plan, coordinate, and supervise all facility-related projects on-site, ensuring timely completion, adherence to scope, and budget compliance.
\n\tConstruction & Compliance: Oversee construction, maintenance, and repairs including foundations, roofing, and structural improvements\u2014while conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
\n\tVendor Management: Source and manage contractors and service providers, obtaining and evaluating at least three competitive quotes for all services and materials.
\n\tSafety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.<\/p>\n
Job Knowledge\/Education and Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tQualified artisan (e.g., electrician, plumber, carpenter, or similar trade).\u00a0
\n\tMinimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in facilities or construction project supervision.\u00a0
\n\tProven experience in contractor and supplier management.\u00a0
\n\tStrong understanding of risk assessment and health & safety regulations.\u00a0
\n\tProficiency in using procurement systems (experience with Coupa is a strong advantage).<\/p>\n
