\tWe are growing our Cleaning Services and require skilled and competent Site Managers to join the Ecowize Group.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Job Specification:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tManage and coordinate all operational functions on site.\u00a0
\n\tDelivery a daily Food Safe Facility to customer standards.\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tUse information obtained at the site to complete inspections, micros, audits, and customer feedback.\u00a0
\n\tManaging of site budgets and manage man-hours as per shift schedule.\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tResponsible for staff management and resolving HR related matters.\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tCoaching and mentoring of staff as well as developing skills.\u00a0
\n\tDrive Occupational Health and Safety and make recommendations to improve the process.\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tEnsure internal audits meet daily requirements.\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tClose out any raised non \u2013 conformance of micros out of specification and following up on NCR\u2019s.\u00a0
\n\tLiaise daily with customers.\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tAssist with recruitment for the region as the need arises.\u202f\u00a0
\n\tAssist with coordinating training interventions at site level.\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Job Requirements:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12.
\n\tDeep cleaning experience is essential.
\n\tManagement \/or Food Technology Qualification (advantageous).\u00a0
\n\tExperience in FMCG and or cleaning industry essential.\u00a0
\n\tStaff Management and Labour Relations experience is essential.\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tExperience working with a Hygiene Quality Management System is advantageous.\u00a0
\n\tOwn reliable transport essential and willingness to travel.\u202f\u00a0
\n\tGood command of the English Language.\u00a0
\n\tHigh-Quality administrative skills required.\u00a0
\n\tBe flexible to work different shifts.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The successful incumbent must have the following skill sets:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMust be comfortable with the Ecowize culture and values.\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tAble to work a strict shift position and willing to work over weekends.\u00a0
\n\tExperience in the food production industry.\u00a0
\n\tMust be able to manage the strict flow of operations.\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tAbility to work in a dynamic work environment and meet deadlines.\u00a0
\n\tHigh work standards, energetic and driven.\u00a0
\n\tExcellent communication skills (English Command).\u00a0
\n\tProficient in all Microsoft Applications.\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tAttention to detail.\u00a0
\n\tCustomer centric.<\/p>\n
