\tiStore is the home of everything Apple, and Africa\u2019s largest Apple Premium Reseller, is looking for a dynamic Store Manager to join our iStore team!
\n\tAs the iStore, Store Manager you would be responsible and accountable for the Store and all its workings.
\n\tYou would lead the teams to ensure they perform at their best, and ensure both your team and your customers have a valued experience. You would be responsible for the Store to achieve or exceed its unit, financial and developmental targets.\u00a0
\n\tYour store would need to be synonymous with anything Mac in the customers eyes.<\/p>\n
You need to have:<\/p>\n
\tA Completed Matric (Tertiary Qualification would be advantageous)
\n\t8+ years leading large teams in a complex and high turnover environment
\n\tMatrix management capability to ensure co-operation across business functions
\n\tProven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, desire to learn quickly, being agile and nimble whilst thinking strategically
\n\tUnderstanding corporate strategic direction and targets
\n\tProven track record of excellent customer experience
\n\tExperience in compiling report on store performance.
\n\tProven track record of driving Store targets and results
\n\tRetail operations experience and knowledge<\/p>\n
