Job Description<\/p>\n
Main Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tCapture and update product pricing on internal ERP systems.
\n\tMonitor and adjust pricing according to raw material costs, packaging costs, and market fluctuations.
\n\tEnsure correct pricing is reflected on invoices, quotations, and product lists.
\n\tVerify price changes are authorized and implemented consistently across all platforms.
\n\tMaintain accurate records of all pricing changes, approvals, and effective dates.
\n\tAssist with pricing audits and ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements.
\n\tCompile and distribute updated price lists to relevant departments (sales, invoicing and accounts).
\n\tTrack supplier costs (grain, packaging materials, logistics) and report potential price impact.
\n\tAssist management in reviewing competitor pricing and market trends.
\n\tProvide costing support for new product development or repackaged items.
\n\tLiaise with sales, finance, and procurement teams regarding pricing queries.
\n\tGenerate daily\/weekly\/monthly pricing reports for management.
\n\tSupport with customer queries relating to price discrepancies.<\/p>\n

\n\tIntegrity and confidentiality with pricing information.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ Grade 12 with Mathematics\/Accounting
\n\tDiploma\/Certificate in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Supply Chain (advantageous).
\n\tA fast learner on new systems and proficient on MS Excel.<\/p>\n
Job Type & Contract Length:<\/p>\n
\tSuccessful graduates will be expected to enter a 6-months Fixed-term contract. Contract to be renewed into a permanent contract based on performance and successful completion of the Subject to employers\u2019 discretion.<\/p>\n
