\tTo deliver integrated, value-adding P&C partnership across assigned the assigned function(s). Provides management and employee support, drives people initiatives, and ensures operational P&C delivery that aligns with business priorities. The individual is a trusted advisor to line management, enabling a high-performance culture, supporting workforce readiness, and embedding the Company\u2019s people strategy and culture framework (\u201cFormula for Success\u201d).<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
\n\t4\u20136 years\u2019 HR generalist or HRBP experience, preferably in retail, or healthcare settings
\n\tKnowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors) is advantageous
\n\tExposure to project role out of transformation, skills development, and equity legislation (EE, BBBEE, SD).
\n\tStrong working knowledge of SA labour legislation and HR compliance practices
\n\tCore Generalist experience required with Retail sector<\/p>\n
