Description<\/p>\n
\tThe District Manager is responsible for driving sales performance and customer experience within her\/his area in Retail and Wholesale doors, taking actions when needed, in collaboration with Sales and Brand teams. She\/he develops and executes the Retail Sales targets by area, by brand and by store. Manages and develops Store Managers as well as the staff in wholesale locations. Develops top door strategy in conjunction with Sales Manager and Brand teams.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
In conjunction with Sales Manager, develops and executes the retail Sales targets by area, by brand and by store:<\/p>\n
\tImplement strategies to ensure targets are achieved and possibly exceeded
\n\tMonitors key success metrics, and together with her team creates and executes action plan whenever it is necessary
\n\tActively exploit business opportunities to deliver and over-deliver plans
\n\tManages the Store Managers in Retail and Wholesale POS locations:
\n\tLeads, motivate and develops teams to achieve sales target and deliver high-touch customer service.
\n\tSets the tone for excellence in execution in-stores and driving expectations of Excellent Customer Experience
\n\tDevelops and upskills team in retail management and drives the improvement of commercial and sales performance
\n\tEnsures operational efficiencies and control the completion of procedures
\n\tEnsures strong staff coverage across all Retail and Wholesale POS locations in accordance with needs
\n\tDevelop and nurture strong, effective and productive business partnerships with Store Managers, Area Sales Managers and Mall Management teams, as well as strong collaboration is crucial with District Managers and Sales Team<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tLeadership skill – comfortable managing and supervising people
\n\tTeam Coaching, Experience in Training
\n\tPublic speaking, communication and presentation skills
\n\t5+ years management and\/or customer experience in Retail is a must
\n\tAnalytical skills (planning, budgeting)
\n\tAbility to function in a fast-paced environment
\n\tIndependence of Action and accountability
\n\tExcellent problem-solving skills and able to make decisions
\n\tDemonstrate flexibility and ability to manage change with a positive mindset
\n\tEmbrace the company\u2019s corporate philosophy
\n\tComputer skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
\n\tKnowledge of X-store POS system and Power BI is an advantage
\n\tAdvanced level of English both in written and verbal form
\n\tMaximize in-store presence<\/p>\n
