Main Purpose of the Job<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a dynamic Regional Manager to provide strategic leadership, governance, and oversight of all Field Services operations within the assigned region. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that operational, financial, and compliance objectives are consistently met while driving customer satisfaction, service excellence, and high-performance teams. As a Regional Manager, you will lead multiple Area Managers and their teams, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy, industry standards, and client expectations.<\/p>\n
Education, experience and competencies<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field (Postgraduate qualification advantageous).
\n\t8\u201310 years\u2019 experience in operational\/technical management (mining\/engineering preferred).
\n\tMinimum 5 years in senior leadership with multi-site responsibility.
\n\tProven track record in SLA governance, financial oversight, client management, and compliance<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tOperational Excellence \u2013 Direct and oversee regional operations, drive efficiency, manage resources, and enforce compliance with MHSA, OHSA, OEM and company standards
\n\tLeadership & Development \u2013 Lead Area Managers, Account Managers and technical teams. Build people capability using the Legitimate Leadership Care & Growth framework. Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and succession planning.
\n\tCustomer & Stakeholder Engagement \u2013 Act as escalation point for customer issues, strengthen client relationships, and actively drive customer satisfaction improvements.
\n\tFinancial & Commercial Management \u2013 Manage the regional budget, oversee revenue assurance, control costs, monitor debtors, and drive corrective action where needed.
\n\tGovernance & Compliance \u2013 Ensure SLA compliance, audit readiness, Section 21 file management, and enforce zero tolerance for unsafe practices.
\n\tStrategic Alignment \u2013 Translate company strategy into actionable regional plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and embed #myBooyco culture and Reset & Rise principles.<\/p>\n
