Your mission:<\/p>\n
\tSupport the Learning & Development Manager in analysing organizational training needs and researching industry trends
\n\tEnsure best practice to guide the design of appropriate curricula and learning paths for the various talent segments
\n\tDevelop and ensure the effective delivery of relevant training programs to meet organizational objectives
\n\tIdentify and track key metrics to determine overall effectiveness of learning initiatives
\n\tManage and maintain e-learning content in our Learning Management System under the oversight of the Learning & Development Manager
\n\tSupport the Learning & Development Manager with information management, data processing and analysis to enable accurate reporting and e\u2013filing
\n\tSupport in the compilation, administration and preparation for all related internal audits
\n\tTrack development plans and provide regular feedback on progress with relevant stakeholders
\n\tBuild and maintain collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders including the management of 3rd party vendors
\n\tAct as an advisory custodian to all employees on People Development related policies and procedures<\/p>\n
Your profile:<\/p>\n
\tDegree in Industrial Organization Psychology, Human Resources Management or related qualification
\n\t2 to 3 years of experience in Talent Management and Organisational Development or Human Resources experience
\n\tValid South African driver\u2019s license<\/p>\n
