Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tScheduling of Assessments
\n\tConfirming of All RMA Orders
\n\tScheduling of pick up and deliveries of completed RMA\u2019s\u00a0
\n\tRecord confirmed customer details on the delivery schedule\u00a0
\n\tEnsure that communication is provided to the staff that request deliveries for customers
\n\tEnsure that all customers that are booked for assessments are to be contacted in the morning of the assessment.
\n\tEffective teamwork and self-management
\n\tDriver’s license.<\/p>\n
Experience and Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or NQF level 4 equivalence
\n\t1-2 years customer service experience
\n\tKnowledge of RMA scheduling process\u00a0
\n\tUpholstery background.<\/p>\n
Skills<\/p>\n
\tComputer literate
\n\tMust be able to handle conflict
\n\tCustomer service orientated
\n\tGood verbal and written communication
\n\tTeamwork and self-management
\n\tMicrosoft Office
\n\tGood Administration skills \u00a0\u00a0
\n\tGreat customer service.
