Minimum Qualification and Experience Required<\/p>\n
\tTertiary Qualification (preferably in risk and compliance)
\n\t2+ years in the insurance industry and assurance work<\/p>\n
Deliverables include, but will not be limited to<\/p>\n
\tProviding user support for risk management systems;
\n\tCoordinating and facilitating risk workshops and training;
\n\tManaging the incident and loss reporting and obtaining information from various departments;
\n\tConducting data quality checks and tracking of action plans;
\n\tMaintaining records of key risk management documentation;
\n\tMonitoring and reporting on the implementation status of risk mitigation plans and control measures;
\n\tAssisting in reviewing third party risk assessments;
\n\tWorking with other assurance teams to plan, execute, and report on planned reviews and;
\n\tProviding support to ensure that ERM deliverables are met.<\/p>\n
Competencies Required<\/p>\n
\tAttention to detail and organized.
\n\tAnalytical.
\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n\tMust have the ability to present complex technical findings, methodologies, and make recommendations in a concise and easily actionable manner.
\n\tResult oriented.
\n\tAbility to work independently and also within a team;
\n\tCritical thinking and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n
