Job Description:<\/p>\n
To support the accurate and timely administration of employee training records, both pre-employment and post-employment, across multiple systems.<\/p>\n
\tTraining Records Administration – Monitor and diagnose issues in training record accuracy and completeness. – Capture and update employee training records in SAP and other systems. – Archive documentation in line with compliance standards.
\n\tSAP System Support – Learn and apply SAP functionalities (Qualifications and Training Catalogues). – Analyse system data to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
\n\tBridging Recruitment and On-Mine Systems – Implement and refine SOPs for data transfer between recruitment and training systems. – Monitor data flow and diagnose inconsistencies.
\n\tFiling and Archiving – Maintain structured filing systems and ensure compliance with data protection.
\n\tLearning and Development – Participate in structured learning to build system administration skills. – Apply knowledge to improve operational processes and reduce waste.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12\/N3\/NQF 4 equivalent qualification
\n\tHR\/Training Diploma or Degree.<\/p>\n
EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
Experience statement should include reference to:<\/p>\n
\t1-2 years in administrative or data entry roles (preferred)
\n\tExposure to SAP or similar systems (advantageous)
\n\tExperience in monitoring and improving operational process is beneficial.<\/p>\n
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS<\/p>\n
\tUnderstanding of training administration and data systems.
\n\tAbility to monitor and diagnose operational issues in data processes.
\n\tKnowledge of SAP Qualifications and Training Catalogues.
\n\tAnalytical skills to interpret data and recommend improvements.
\n\tAttention to detail and process discipline.<\/p>\n
