You\u2019ll be part of the brainstorming and co-creating solutions for our customers and patients. \u00a0As a successful candidate, you will engage with Oncologists, respective support staff and multi-disciplinary teams in the Gauteng area and surrounds (Defined country trips) in a multi-account approach where multi-discipline treatment of Oncology patients is practiced with exciting new innovative brands.<\/p>\n<p>Typical accountabilities will include:<\/p>\n<p>\tSales representative is responsible for selling Oncology products in the Gauteng area and surrounds (Defined country trips). Technical expert of specific company products, or patient needs, calling on Oncologists, respective support staff and multi-disciplinary teams. accounts face with reimbursement and budgeting, in the interconnected specialist ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge: Healthcare Environment (Skills)<\/p>\n<p>\tShows detailed knowledge of their healthcare ecosystem for their therapeutic area.<br \/>\n\tKeeps abreast of the latest developments in the industry and new regulations.<br \/>\n\tIf appropriate, understands the Diagnostic environment, i.e., companion diagnostics, and potential barriers to effective treatment.<\/p>\n<p>Customer<\/p>\n<p>\tUnderstands the local healthcare environment, patient pathway and individual HCPs role and situation.<\/p>\n<p>Compliance<\/p>\n<p>\tFollows correct procedures and SOPs for all activities and planned meetings.<br \/>\n\tBehaves in an ethical manner in response to requests or challenging situations.<br \/>\n\tEnsures AZ&#8217;s products meet with national and local guidelines and the product license.<br \/>\n\tEnsures compliance with the AZ Code of Conduct, Global External Interactions Policy and Standards, and Privacy Policy and standards.<\/p>\n<p>Disease, Science, Therapy, Product, &amp;
