\n\tAssess and confirm merits of the claims.
\n\tRequest quantum\/ outstanding documents from the third party if applicable.
\n\tDecide if claim is payable based on documentation provided.
\n\tAppoint assessor based on claim specification.
\n\tProvide updates to third party and insured\/broker.
\n\tReview assessment and draft offer for third party
\n\tNegotiate fair offer with third party.
\n\tSend offer and facilitate settlement of signed offer.
\n\tClose files once settled.
\n\tRecord savings on spreadsheet
\n\tMaintain relationship with assessors, other insurers and broker\/insureds(Litigation)
\n\tReceive Summons and acknowledge receipt.
\n\tVerify legitimacy of claim
\n\tReview summons and decide on action.
\n\tAppoint attorney based on summon\u2019 s specification.
\n\tProvide attorney with instruction and documents.
\n\tFollow up with attorney.
\n\tGuide attorney on acceptable offer and parameters of negotiating.
\n\tSettle attorney fees based on acceptable fee scale.
\n\tNegotiate with attorneys on fees based on settlements.
