Helps lead the cross-functional alignment with the Sales and Category, Marketing, Finance, Demand planning &amp; CS&amp;L teams to ensure the Marketing and Shopper plans deliver against budgets and resource allocation (both internal and external).<\/p>\n<p>What you need to know about this position:<\/p>\n<p>\tCategory commercial plan (6 months &amp; below) for the Channel (Modern and Traditional Trade)<br \/>\n\tManage Seasonal Category promotional strategy across channels\/customers and communication to stakeholders<br \/>\n\tSupport the preparation of NPD selling story to ensure implementation of launch plan\u00a0<br \/>\n\tAnalyze, evaluate and communicate the category performance across channels and customers\u00a0<br \/>\n\tAssesses delivery of the category Gross to Nett (Trade Spend) target versus Annual Contract and manage consolidation of the category forecast across channels and customers\u00a0<br \/>\n\tResponsible for category forecasting by channels and customer and manage the sales input (bottom-up forecast) to the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tCoordinate in-store category\/brand advertising with the relevant stakeholders across sales and marketing to ensure excellence and consistency in execution output.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tActively track launch\/activation implementation and performance, also conducting post evaluations to be shared with the commercial organization.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tManage category portfolio operational issues (e.g. skus code change, transition for code change) to ensure no disruption in day-to-day operation across channels and customers.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tPlan and execute point of purchase (POP) 5Ps tactics that underpin the delivery of Annual Contract targets &amp; reflect the category strategy.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tCompile Sales Activation Master Plans (SAMP) that include POS material and visibility plan based on 5P Picture of Success for the channel<\/p>\n<p>Job specific requirements:<\/p>\n<p>\tRelevant sales &amp;\/or sales operations experience<br \/>\n\tHighly articulate with good written and verbal communication skills<br \/>\n\tAbility to work with multiple stakeholders<br \/>\n\tProven Space and Category Planning knowledge<br \/>\n\tExcellent analytical skills, high attention to detail and proven ability to interpret data into insights<br \/>\n\tExcellent client facing, communication and administrative abilities required<br \/>\n\tUnderstanding of the principles of Customer vs Shopper Marketing and Category Management<br \/>\n\tFlexible and entrepreneurial<br \/>\n\tBasic understanding of customer packed goods industry, the channels in which our products are sold and account specific market<\/p>\n<p>Obligations:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tCarry out the role accountabilities within the operating and process frameworks that apply to the Company.<br \/>\n\tWork together with all your peers and customers (A key part of your performance review each year will be based on their input)<br \/>\n\tExemplify the company\u2019s Higher Purpose &amp; Values in practice<\/p>\n<p>Education \/ Certifications:<\/p>\n<p>\tA relevant Commercial Degree or Diploma or equivalent qualification is required.<br \/>\n\t3-5 years\u2019 experience in Shopper Marketing Activation strategies.<br \/>\n\tExperience in developing business reporting and KPI dashboards for a full picture of channel, customer and consumer performance.<br \/>\n\tUnderstand promotional tactics, execution and fulfilment processes.<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( https:\/\/www.mondelezinternational.com ) or<\/p>\n<p>wd3.myworkdaysite.com<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/wd3.myworkdaysite.com","_company_name":"Mondelez International","_company_website":"https:\/\/www.mondelezinternational.com","_company_tagline":"Mondel\u00c4\u201cz International, Inc.
