\tTo partner with your HR Management and provide aligned and compliant Human Resources and Organisational Design principles, guidance and services to increase organisational effectiveness.
\n\tEnsure effective administrative tasks being actioned in accordance with processes and procedures as well as maintaining recruitment best practices and streamlined pipelines of skilled candidates.<\/p>\n
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
\tManage and participate in daily HR activities and administration
\n\tTo support projects and to ensure expected service delivery to the HR team, business, Centre\u2019s of Excellence and broader HR business (Admin, IR, recruitment, projects etc.).
\n\tTo ensure and drive awareness and usage of the HRIS and available Reports.
\n\tTo proactively identify existing and potential problem areas and trends and guide and advise management to address them.
\n\tCreating GAP analysis ito skills and progression pipelines, building succession plans and mapping.
\n\tTo ensure that all legislative requirements and policies are implemented and adhered to within the business unit.
\n\tTo serve in committees within HR and Business structures where needed.
\n\tEnsure effective working relationships with external HR and support pillars.
\n\tManaging and executing on HR \/ Business related projects.
\n\tSupport and execute on the Strategic goals and projects of the Business and HR team.
\n\tOnboarding and offboarding of employees
\n\tMust be able to self manage (includes effectively communicating with stakeholders)
\n\tAbility to use initiative on projects
\n\tStrong focus on recruitment initiatives and targeting scarce skills within the Road entity
\n\tCompiling vacancy adverts and screening applications
\n\tConducting interviews, references and verification checks
\n\tHave a pro-active approach to sourcing methodologies and succession planning<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
\tCompleted Matric \/ Grade 12
\n\tTertiary qualification in Organizational Psychology (essential)<\/p>\n
COMPUTER SKILLS<\/p>\n
\tKnowledge & proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint<\/p>\n
EDUCATION AND\/OR EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\tUnderstanding of Human Behaviour at Work
\n\tKnowledge of evidence-based problem solving
\n\tKnowledge of retention strategies
\n\tUnderstanding of behavioural assessments and competency mapping<\/p>\n
