This role supports MORE Collection properties by proactively sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a consistent and high-quality candidate experience. The specialist will support in reducing time-to-fill, improving quality of hire, and strengthening the MORE Collection employer brand in a competitive talent market.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Talent Sourcing &amp; Pipeline Development<\/p>\n<p>\tProactively source candidates using a variety of channels including our career page, job boards, social media, internal networks, employee referrals and recruitment agents.<br \/>\n\tBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.<br \/>\n\tExecute sourcing strategies tailored to hard-to-fill and critical roles across MORE Collection properties.<\/p>\n<p>Candidate Engagement &amp; Screening<\/p>\n<p>\tConduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability, motivation, and alignment with MORE Collection values.<br \/>\n\tEnsure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the sourcing and screening process.<br \/>\n\tConduct reference, qualification and other checks.<br \/>\n\tMaintain accurate and thorough recruitment records in the applicant tracking system.<\/p>\n<p>Market Intelligence &amp; Employer Branding<\/p>\n<p>\tMonitor talent market trends and competitor activity to inform sourcing strategies.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with the marketing team to promote MORE Collection\u2019s EVP and attract purpose-driven talent.<\/p>\n<p>Compliance &amp; Process Excellence<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure all sourcing activities comply with Employment Equity legislation and internal recruitment policies.<br \/>\n\tSupport hiring managers with shortlisting and interview coordination, especially during high-volume periods.<br \/>\n\tContribute to continuous improvement of sourcing tools, templates, and workflows.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<p>\tDiploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or related field.<br \/>\n\tMinimum 2 years\u2019 experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in hospitality or luxury service industries.<br \/>\n\tProven success in sourcing passive candidates and managing high-volume recruitment.<br \/>\n\tFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (Simplify.HR, LinkedIn, Job Boards).<br \/>\n\tBasic design skills in Canva (Beneficial)<br \/>\n\tA strong command of MS 365 Office suite with a focus on formating accuracy.<\/p>\n<p>Skills &amp; Competencies<\/p>\n<p>\tStrong interpersonal and communication skills.<br \/>\n\tProactive and resourceful mindset with a sense of urgency.<br \/>\n\tEmpathy with the ability to show awareness for the candidate experience.<br \/>\n\tAnalytical and decisive thinking ability.<br \/>\n\tHigh attention to detail and organisational ability.<br \/>\n\tAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities.<br \/>\n\tPassion for people and alignment with MORE Collection\u2019s values.<\/p>\n<p>MAXIMIZING YOUR IMPACT AS A MEMBER OF THE MORE FAMILY COLLECTION<\/p>\n<p>\tExcellent attention to detail.<br \/>\n\tGuest focus philosophy, living the MORE brand and driving the MORE experience.<br \/>\n\tExcellent communication skills (written and verbal), practicing honest communication.<br \/>\n\tTeam player with positive attitude, enthusiasm, and emotional control.<br \/>\n\tExcellent time management and self-discipline, interpersonal &amp; solution seeking skills.<br \/>\n\tProactive, use initiative and creative flair when required.<br \/>\n\tCommitted and loyal, adaptable, and flexible.<br \/>\n\tMust work accurately under pressure.<br \/>\n\tPeople skills \u2013 tolerance, patience, and care, ability to receive constructive feedback openly.<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( N \/ A ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"MORE Family Collection","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"MORE Family Collection is a diversified private business, specializing in the Southern African tourism industry.
