Purpose of the Role<\/p>\n
\tThe Talent Sourcing Specialist plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent for MORE Collection properties. This role supports MORE Collection properties by proactively sourcing candidates, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a consistent and high-quality candidate experience. The specialist will support in reducing time-to-fill, improving quality of hire, and strengthening the MORE Collection employer brand in a competitive talent market.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development<\/p>\n
\tProactively source candidates using a variety of channels including our career page, job boards, social media, internal networks, employee referrals and recruitment agents.
\n\tBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
\n\tExecute sourcing strategies tailored to hard-to-fill and critical roles across MORE Collection properties.<\/p>\n
Candidate Engagement & Screening<\/p>\n
\tConduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability, motivation, and alignment with MORE Collection values.
\n\tEnsure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the sourcing and screening process.
\n\tConduct reference, qualification and other checks.
\n\tMaintain accurate and thorough recruitment records in the applicant tracking system.<\/p>\n
Market Intelligence & Employer Branding<\/p>\n
\tMonitor talent market trends and competitor activity to inform sourcing strategies.
\n\tCollaborate with the marketing team to promote MORE Collection\u2019s EVP and attract purpose-driven talent.<\/p>\n
Compliance & Process Excellence<\/p>\n
\tEnsure all sourcing activities comply with Employment Equity legislation and internal recruitment policies.
\n\tSupport hiring managers with shortlisting and interview coordination, especially during high-volume periods.
\n\tContribute to continuous improvement of sourcing tools, templates, and workflows.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\tDiploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or related field.
\n\tMinimum 2 years\u2019 experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in hospitality or luxury service industries.
\n\tProven success in sourcing passive candidates and managing high-volume recruitment.
\n\tFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (Simplify.HR, LinkedIn, Job Boards).
\n\tBasic design skills in Canva (Beneficial)
\n\tA strong command of MS 365 Office suite with a focus on formating accuracy.<\/p>\n
