This high-impact role holds full P&L responsibility, leading cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable growth, build strong stakeholder relationships, and shape the future of healthcare in your country.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tStrategic Leadership: Define and execute long-term business strategies aligned with global and regional objectives. Achieve or exceed annual sales targets and market share growth.
\n\tCommercial Excellence: Lead all commercial operations, ensuring optimal performance across sales, marketing, and market access.
\n\tMarket Expansion: Identify and prioritize growth opportunities, including new business models and portfolio optimization.
\n\tCustomer & Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with healthcare authorities, regulatory bodies, KOLs, and community leaders.
\n\tOrganizational Development: Design and evolve the organizational structure to maximize talent, agility, and performance.
\n\tCompliance & Ethics: Champion a culture of integrity, ensuring all activities meet legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
\n\tPeople Leadership: Inspire, develop, and retain top talent. Address performance challenges proactively and partner with HR to build a high-performing culture.
\n\tCross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships across regional and global teams to drive alignment and innovation.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
\t12+ years of progressive leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including 3+ years in P&L ownership.
\n\tProven track record in developing and executing successful commercial strategies.
\n\tStrong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
\n\tDemonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
\n\tFluent in English and the local language.
\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree required;\u00a0
