Purpose of the Job<\/p>\n
\tThe Client Liaison Officer is responsible for providing efficient customer service by managing collection requests, swiftly resolving queries and ensuring effective communication between departments.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities\u00a0
\nCustomer Relations\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tReceive, action and resolve queries within 45 minutes and close off the collection
\n\tEnsure details on a collection request are accurate
\n\tHand all unaccepted quotes to Sales to be followed through
\n\tManage and resolve all subcontractor and agent queries
\n\tReceive and execute collection requests telephonically
\n\tEnsure constant awareness of any operational difficulties and advise customers accordingly<\/p>\n
Reporting<\/p>\n
\tIdentify statistics required to assist in managing the branch
\n\tDevelop methods of being able to extract statistics information
\n\tConstantly maintain available statistics
\n\tAnalyse all monthly reports
\n\tAdvise the Sales department of none\/reduced usage by regular customers<\/p>\n
Communication<\/p>\n
\tEncourage positive communication between departments
\n\tLiaise with customers and Value Express to execute services of collection, delivery, query or quote
\n\tLiaise with operations to ensure customers\u2019 requests are carried out
\n\tLiaise with Managers with regards to accounts on credit hold<\/p>\n
Administration<\/p>\n
\tEnsure all daily report inputs have been actioned
\n\tEnsure all billing paperwork is reconciled and handed to operations
\n\tReceive quote requests on email and telephonically; action and close off within 45 minutes
\n\tReceive all claim related queries, compile claim pack with information received from operations and hand over the claim pack to Administration Manager<\/p>\n
Adhoc<\/p>\n
\tAssist in relevant operations\/operational functions as required<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 (Matric)<\/p>\n
