Key\u00a0responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tSupport\u00a0monthly\u00a0SHE\u00a0management\u00a0walkabouts\u00a0(MBWAs)\u00a0for\u00a0all\u00a0divisional\/support\u00a0portfolio\u00a0S16.2\u00a0appointees.
\n\tFollow\u00a0up on\u00a0all\u00a0MBWA\u00a0findings\u00a0that\u00a0were\u00a0recorded,\u00a0reported,\u00a0and\u00a0adequately\u00a0address\u00a0to\u00a0meet SHE\u00a0requirements.
\n\tFollow\u00a0up on\u00a0all\u00a0SHE\u00a0incidents\u00a0or\u00a0non-conformity\u00a0that\u00a0occurred.
\n\tFollow\u00a0up on\u00a0all\u00a0Corrective\u00a0Action\u00a0Requests\u00a0(CAR)\u00a0and\u00a0ensure\u00a0that\u00a0all\u00a0CARs\u00a0are\u00a0timeously\u00a0raised, tracked\u00a0and\u00a0managed\u00a0adequately.
\n\tTrack\u00a0and\u00a0participate\u00a0in\u00a0all\u00a0SHE\u00a0risks\u00a0assessments\u00a0to\u00a0ensure\u00a0they\u00a0are\u00a0completed,\u00a0signed\u00a0off\u00a0and\u00a0updated.
\n\tParticipate\u00a0in\u00a0both\u00a0internal and\u00a0external\u00a0SHEQ audits.
\n\tParticipate\u00a0in\u00a0division\/support\u00a0portfolio\u00a0emergency\u00a0evacuation\u00a0drills.
\n\tAttend\u00a0and\u00a0keep\u00a0records\u00a0of\u00a0all\u00a0related\u00a0SHE\u00a0committee\u00a0meetings.
\n\tParticipate\u00a0in the\u00a0review\u00a0of\u00a0all\u00a0divisional\u00a0\/\u00a0portfolio\u00a0SHE\u00a0procedures\u00a0and\u00a0processes.
\n\tProvide\u00a0support\u00a0to\u00a0all\u00a0SHE\u00a0Representatives,\u00a0Impact\u00a0Area\u00a0Managers\/\u00a0Research\u00a0Group\u00a0Leaders\u00a0and\u00a0other\u00a0SHE\u00a0role\u00a0players\u00a0with\u00a0SHE\u00a0inspections,\u00a0procurement\u00a0of\u00a0SHE\u00a0materials,\u00a0keeping\u00a0track\u00a0of\u00a0SHE\u00a0risks\u00a0assessments,\u00a0training\u00a0records\u00a0and\u00a0equipment\/machinery\u00a0registers.
\n\tEnsure\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0SHE\u00a0documented\u00a0information\u00a0is\u00a0maintained\u00a0in\u00a0accordance\u00a0with\u00a0SHEQ\u00a0Document Management Procedure.
\n\tAssist\u00a0with\u00a0preparation\u00a0and\u00a0presentation\u00a0of\u00a0annual\u00a0SHE\u00a0training\u00a0calendar\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0division\u00a0\/\u00a0support portfolio.
\n\tArrange\u00a0and\u00a0co-ordinate\u00a0training\u00a0of\u00a0division\/support\u00a0portfolio\u00a0SHE\u00a0appointees\u00a0and\u00a0all\u00a0SHE\u00a0role\u00a0players.
\n\tParticipate\u00a0in\u00a0SHE\u00a0related\u00a0incident\u00a0investigations\u00a0and\u00a0provide\u00a0inputs\u00a0or\u00a0submit\u00a0reports\u00a0if\u00a0required.

Qualifications,\u00a0skills\u00a0and\u00a0experience:<\/p>\n
\tA three\u00a0(3) year National\u00a0Diploma\u00a0or\u00a0equivalent in\u00a0one\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0SHE\u00a0fields.
\n\tGood\u00a0communication\u00a0skills.
\n\tKnowledge\u00a0of\u00a0SHE\u00a0Management Systems.
\n\tKnowledge\u00a0of\u00a0SHE\u00a0regulatory\u00a0framework\u00a0e.g.\u00a0OHS\u00a0Act, NEMA\u00a0etc., is\u00a0an advantage.
\n\tExcellent\u00a0interpersonal\u00a0skills.
\n\tStrong\u00a0administrative\u00a0and\u00a0report writing\u00a0skills.
\n\tComputer literacy.<\/p>\n
