Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 (Matric)
\n\tQualified Wheat Miller (GMF)
\n\tMinimum of 5 years\u2019 relevant experience in a wheat milling environment<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas<\/p>\n
\tLead regular operational meetings, ensure effective information flow across departments, compile performance reports, and align team efforts with company values and goals.
\n\tDrive technical performance, optimise milling processes, and ensure equipment efficiency.
\n\tMaintain consistent product quality, manage grading and compliance with HACCP and ISO standards.
\n\tMonitor and control operational costs, ensuring alignment with budget targets.
\n\tManage and develop technical staff, enforce policies, and lead performance appraisals.
\n\tOversee infestation control, hygiene standards, and safe use of fumigation practices.
\n\tImplement innovative solutions, manage non-conformance processes, and drive training initiatives.<\/p>\n
