Key Performance areas<\/p>\n
\tStrategic Impact: Supports the Senior Manager on delivery of designated engagement \/ project, managing the implementation of the agreed deliverables.
\n\tClient Impact: External\/Internal: Manages and maintains oversight of deliverables of team on client engagements.
\n\tOperational Effectiveness: Communicates detail of Audit Engagement Agreement to teams and maintains level monitoring of adherence by all parties.
\n\tDevelopment\/Growth of Team: Shares expertise and knowledge with team members and counselees on an ongoing basis.
\n\tBudgets \/ Profitability: Manages engagement budget through accurate budgeting, cost control and profitability management.
\n\tWining Business: Contributes to the regional and business areas winning business opportunities and targets, including contribution to Industry Manager initiatives and cross service line selling and collaboration.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tCA (SA)
\n\tIdeally 2+ years as a Senior Audit Manager
\n\tDesired – 5 years in a client facing management role.
\n\tExtensive audit experience – alignment to specific industry sector within the Firm, shall be determined based on the individual’s audit exposure and preference. \u00a0<\/p>\n
