\tThe main purpose of the job is to conduct background checks on potential customers to determine their ability to pay back the principal and interest.
\n\tHandle sales administration for Nedbank & Real-People in store agents
\n\tManage a process to follow up outstanding quotations
\n\tProcessing of sales orders
\n\tProviding quotations on official company documentation
\n\tDealing with customer queries and ensuring that the Thumbs Up service is delivered to all customers every time
\n\tCheck data accuracy in orders and invoices
\n\tMaintain and update sales and customer records
\n\tProvide support to the external sales team
\n\tDealing with credit sales administration
\n\tEnsuring that all invoices generated by the sales team are completed and in alignment with company policies and procedures
\n\tAssist with Excel & Word spreadsheets pertaining to monthly sales, analysis etc.
\n\tTo uphold and promote the company values and culture<\/p>\n
Job Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12
\n\tMin 2-year experience and a proven track record in credit sales administration
\n\tHigh level of product knowledge
\n\t3 years\u2019 sales experience in building\/construction environment
\n\tAdministration & coordination experience<\/p>\n
