\tWe’re seeking a skilled and motivated Software Application Developer with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in the Compensation and Variable Pay modules. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable HR technology solutions that align with business goals. This role requires strong technical acumen, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for optimizing employee experience through digital innovation.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tDesign:\u00a0Translate complex business requirements into detailed system designs for SAP SuccessFactors\u00a0Compensation and Variable Pay. Develop architecture diagrams and lead proof-of-concept efforts to validate technical solutions.
\n\tConfiguration:\u00a0Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules, including business rules, workflows, templates, and permissions. Ensure solutions meet functional and compliance requirements through detailed technical specifications.
\n\tAutomation:\u00a0Design and implement CI\/CD pipelines to automate software build, test, and deployment processes. Develop scripts and integrations to streamline data exchange and improve operational efficiency.
\n\tTest:\u00a0Prepare and execute test cases, support integration and user acceptance testing, and resolve defects. Ensure system reliability and readiness through thorough documentation and review processes.
\n\tProject Management:\u00a0Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. Manage project documentation, stakeholder communication, and contribute to deployment and post-implementation activities.
\n\tInnovation:\u00a0Continuously improve internal methodologies, tools, and processes. Explore new technologies and SuccessFactors capabilities to enhance system performance and user experience. Recommend and implement enhancements aligned with business goals.
\n\tPerforms any other related task is required.<\/p>\n
Knowledge and Attributes:<\/p>\n
\tDeep functional and technical knowledge of the\u00a0Compensation\u00a0and\u00a0Variable Pay\u00a0modules, including configuration of templates, guidelines, eligibility rules, and pay components.
\n\tExperience with\u00a0Integration\u00a0Center,\u00a0APIs, and\u00a0CI\/CD pipelines\u00a0to automate data flows between SuccessFactors and other systems (e.g., payroll, finance)
\n\tAbility to rapidly form and execute solutions to challenges.
\n\tA collaborative mindset with a focus on cross-functional teamwork.
\n\tProduct-orientated experience for a holistic view of driving business outcomes.
\n\tSeasoned knowledge on multi-technology application design best practices.
\n\tAbility to take holistic views of application environments, including hardware platforms, applications, databases, operating systems, and storage.

\n\tSeasoned technical understanding of development and platform engineering.

\n\tAbility to continuously contribute to the improvement of internal effectiveness by contributing to the improvement of current methodologies, processes, and tools.
\n\tAdvanced knowledge to design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI\/CD) pipelines to automate the software build, test, and deployment processes.
\n\tSeasoned knowledge and experience with deployment and release management across environments.
\n\tSeasoned knowledge of Automation tooling and source code repositories.<\/p>\n
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.
\n\tSAP Certified Associate – Implementation Consultant: SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay
\n\tRelevant Agile related certification preferred.<\/p>\n
Required experience:<\/p>\n
\tSeasoned experience deploying software solutions to clients in an outsourced or similar IT environment.
\n\tSeasoned experience working in a multi-team environment across multiple geographies.
\n\tSeasoned programming\/development experience<\/p>\n
