\nRelease raw material and final products<\/p>\n
\tDevelop quality control system and sampling plan according to policy
\n\tVerify identified critical control point for specific products
\n\tCheck that COA that company raw material and packaging material delivery and ensure correct contain the correct information and comply to Clover specification
\n\tRelease raw materials, interim products, and packaging material according to specification<\/p>\n
Control over non-conforming product<\/p>\n
\tQuarantine all raw material, packaging material and product which is rejected and ensure it is not used in production
\n\tEnsure rework product is removed from the distribution stores and allocated to rework
\n\tEnsure rejected product that can’t be reworked is removed from distribution store and destroyed or handled as per company policy
\n\tMonitor consumer complaints and make recommendations with respect to withdrawal of product
\n\tEnsure that product and processed is traceable and do tractability exercises according to policy
\n\tReport on activities, deviations, and rejections<\/p>\n
