(A legal qualification will be an added advantage)<br \/>\n\tMinimum of 1 &#8211; 3 years\u2019 experience in a regulatory or compliance-driven environment in the financial services sector.<br \/>\n\tMinimum 1 &#8211; 3 years\u2019 experience in customer service.<br \/>\n\tExperience using customer relationship management (CRM) software.<br \/>\n\tAn understanding of the legal environment in which the FAIS Ombud\u2019s Office operates, including a good knowledge of the FAIS Act, 37 of 2002, and its subordinate legislation.<br \/>\n\tA thorough understanding of the FAIS Ombud\u2019s jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of other Ombuds Schemes.
