Purpose of the role\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tTo contribute to customer satisfaction by providing with flexibility, speed and security, goods for the internal and external customers. You will be working in receiving, replenishment, store warehouse or collection point.<\/p>\n
Main responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tReceive goods from suppliers, DC\u2026 and control quantities \/ quality\u00a0\u00a0
\n\tDispatch goods between the different areas (receiving, warehouse, store, collection point)
\n\tStore the goods inside racks in security\u00a0
\n\tPick product to prepare customer orders
\n\tAssure the cleaning and safety of your area
\n\tRespect all safety rules and procedures concerning people and property
\n\tAlert his\/her manager regarding the dysfunction
\n\tServe customers at collection point by helping them to load their products.
\n\tServe your internal customer by offering a high level of customer relationship
\n\tDevelop your own competencies and skills by using the company tools and training
\n\tShare your knowledge and expertise with your colleague
\n\twith an exemplary attitude, develop team spirit.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The successful candidate should have the following skills, experience and attributes:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent\u00a0
\n\tProven experience as supply chain clerk
\n\tSelf-confident, hardworking and lives by example
\n\tExcellent communication skills
\n\tExcellent interpersonal relations
\n\tProfessional, empathetic and friendly
\n\tAttention to detail
\n\tExcellent interpersonal relations
\n\tA team player
\n\tExcellent customer service
\n\tRetail Experience will be an advantage
