Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tPlan, coordinate, and deliver client and internal business projects on time, within scope, and within budget.\u00a0
\n\tDesign and structure client onboarding journeys.
\n\tDefine project scope, goals, and success criteria in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
\n\tDevelop comprehensive training materials and resources.
\n\tOversee project setup, tracking and delivery using tools such as JIRA.
\n\tCollaborate with stakeholders across the teams to resolve challenges and maintain delivery quality
\n\tEnsure smooth project handover to operational teams and integration into established ways of working.
\n\tImplement and maintain project documentation, processes and best practices.
\n\tIdentify and drive process improvements for greater efficiency and quality.\u00a0
\n\tMonitor KPIs and ensure projects meet contractual obligations and quality standards.
\n\tEnsure delivery excellence across all phases of the project lifecycle\u2014scope, execution, governance, risk, quality, and close-out.
\n\tAct as the primary client liaison, ensuring high satisfaction through proactive communication, stakeholder alignment, and issue resolution.
\n\tDrive continuous improvement initiatives based on delivery retrospectives and lessons learned.
\n\tSupport pre-sales efforts and contribute to solutioning and proposal processes when required.
\n\tGather, understand, and document reporting requirements from business stakeholders.
\n\tDesign, develop, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports in line with business needs.<\/p>\n
Required Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tProject management experience, preferably in a data-centric or technology-driven environment.\u00a0
\n\tStrong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\u00a0
\n\tStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
\n\tAbility to lead cross-functional teams and manage dependencies across departments.\u00a0
\n\tProblem-solving mindset with a high attention to detail.
\n\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n\tStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
\n\tCollaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tExperience in FMCG, Retail execution or technology solution delivery.
\n\tFamiliarity with data warehousing concepts.
\n\tPrevious experience in client onboarding and training delivery.
\n\tProficiency in JIRA for project tracking and management.<\/p>\n
