Job Purpose:<\/p>\n
\tTraining: Develop and implement training programs for employees, assess training and development needs for organisation, help individuals develop skills and knowledge, creates training manuals, present in-person training sessions, monitor training for effectiveness.<\/p>\n
Duties & Reponsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tTraining and onboarding of all new hires.
\n\tFrequency of training for existing staff is ongoing and occurs weekly and monthly as required.
\n\tExternal training occurs as business requirements change
\n\tDesign and develop comprehensive training material and programs for internal staff as well as end users, hospital nursing staff, procurement
\n\tRegular update of all training material.
\n\tRefresher training for existing staff.
\n\tAccurate record keeping of all training.
\n\tWork with Marketing & Training Manager and the respective Sales Managers to ensure product training is conducted by Sales team.
\n\tAccurate record keeping that is POPI compliant.
\n\tTraining on relevant regulations that pertain to the Marketing Code of Conduct
\n\tWorking with Reps infield to further identify areas in which sales staff need more training.
\n\tCollaborate with the Marketing & Training Manager to develop and maintain training manuals, materials, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and quality across all training activities.
\n\tSupport the Training Manager in managing training logistics, including scheduling, venue coordination, and resource allocation.
\n\tProvide regular updates and reports to the Training Manager on training activities, outcomes, and areas for improvement, and contribute to strategic planning efforts to enhance training effectiveness and efficiency.
\n\tGathering of additional training material, research, etc. Liaise with the Training & Marketing Manager.
\n\tEnsure the team has all requirements for meetings, detailing and training etc.
\n\tManaging emails and ensuring contents of email are actioned\/addressed or responded to where necessary.
\n\tFollowing up on all projects currently working on sales team etc.
\n\tInfield travel with all sales representatives.
\n\tInfield cover of cases when short staffed.
\n\tTraining planned or ad hoc.
\n\tDiscussions with Marketing and Training Manager on training activities planned or ad hoc.
\n\tAttending online training sessions.
\n\tAssisting Admin team with product info etc. for submissions or feedback to customers.
\n\tResearch and data collection.
\n\tAssist in marketing events when the need arises.
\n\tAfter hours are required from time to time, for Congresses, company events, etc<\/p>\n
