Internal Sales Coordinator<\/p>\n
\tOur client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive\u00a0Internal Sales Coordinator\u00a0to join their sales team located in Linbro park, Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative and coordination skills, the ability to manage customer inquiries efficiently, and support the sales team in achieving their objectives.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ Grade 12.
\n\tPrevious experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
\n\tStrong communication and organisational skills.
\n\tProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
\n\tAdvantageous: working knowledge of CRM or ERP systems.<\/p>\n
Roles and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tProcess sales orders and quotations received via phone, email, fax, or in-person according to company procedures.
\n\tLiaise with dispatch, purchasing, accounts, and external sales representatives as required.
\n\tIdentify, research, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
\n\tAssist in growing the company\u2019s client base by identifying top prospects.
\n\tProvide product and service information to customers and support the sales team.
\n\tMaintain accurate records of requests, quotations, and communications.
\n\tFollow up on quotations and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
\n\tSupport the launch and implementation of new products.
\n\tAttend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
\n\tComplete sales-related reports and communicate trends, results, and recommendations to management.
\n\tFollow company policies, procedures, and SOPs.
\n\tAssist with inventory management and communicate stock availability to the sales team.
