RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tIdentify potential tenants and develop relationships with them to secure lease agreements
\n\tConsistent canvassing and networking with potential clients and tenants
\n\tConduct market research to determine rental rates and stay up-to-date on market trends
\n\tCreate and maintain property listings on various platforms
\n\tConduct property showings and provide information to potential tenants
\n\tNegotiate lease terms and conditions with potential tenants
\n\tCoordinate move-in and move-out processes with tenants
\n\tDevelop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants
\n\tMaintain a database of current and prospective tenants
\n\tCollaborate with property management team to ensure timely rent collection and tenant satisfaction
\n\tStay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements
\n\tProvide exceptional customer service to tenants and address any concerns or issues that may arise<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field
\n\tMinimum of 2 years of experience in leasing or property management<\/p>\n
SKILLS<\/p>\n
\tStrong negotiation and communication skills
\n\tKnowledge of local real estate market and rental trends
\n\tProficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
\n\tAbility to work independently and as part of a team
\n\tExcellent organizational and time-management skills
\n\tCustomer-focused with a positive attitude
\n\tRegistered with the PPRA for current year
\n\tDrivers Licence and own Transport a necessity.<\/p>\n
