Minimum Qualifications \/ Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Grade 12)
\n\tMust have good communication skills
\n\t2 – 4 years\u2019 experience in a similar role\/ environment
\n\tMust have the ability to work as part of a team and in a high-pressure environment
\n\tPre-employment medical required
\n\tMedically fit in terms of the Mine Health and Safety Act<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities (Not limited to):<\/p>\n
\tPerform basic maintenance and repairs on the plant, while ensuring that the product is produced according to the right quality specifications
\n\tAssist in conducting pre-start checklists and inspections
\n\tEnsure safe and efficient operation of the plant
\n\tOperate the plant according to its desired capacity and specifications
\n\tWork safely while always maintaining a clean and neat working environment
\n\tReport any maintenance related problems and production related issues to the immediate superior
\n\tAdhere to minimum site safety\/Mine Health & Safety Act requirements
\n\tCarry out instructions given by superior
\n\tAdhere to Quality Assurance responsibility during the production process by constantly monitoring and evaluating the computerized maintenance strategy to ensure absolute reliability and minimum down time
\n\tBe willing to work overtime as and when required<\/p>\n
