Duties and responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tLead and supervise a team of Shoppers and Drivers to ensure flawless service delivery to our customers daily
\n\tSpot check: Uniform, Orders, staff attendance, process and procedures
\n\tReporting: Adherence and staff attendance
\n\tProblem-solve and troubleshoot daily operational issues, approaching all facets with an analytical, problem-solving mindset.
\n\tSupport the team on special projects for continued operating efficiency and growth.
\n\tProvide an operational perspective on Logistics to ensure best practices and protocols.
\n\tDaily management of Shoppers and Drivers to ensure optimal effective teamwork to reach their KPI\u2019s, specifically related to on-time fulfilment. Daily and weekly KPI reporting.
\n\tTrain and develop shoppers.
\n\tDemonstrate consistent application of internal procedures.
\n\tDemonstrate flexibility in balancing the achievement of own objectives with abilities to understand and respond to organizational needs.<\/p>\n
Staff Management<\/p>\n
\tAllocate schedules to all staff to ensure proper, efficient and effective management of the store orders.
\n\tConduct regular staff meetings with the team to improve motivation and communication
\n\tEnsure that all staff report to work on time at all times.
\n\tTo facilitate training and coaching for staff members who generally lack service delivery.
\n\tEnsure staff members resolve queries. Facilitate and manage queries submitted to head office timeously.
\n\tIdentify training needs initiate suitable training to better staff knowledge in their environment<\/p>\n
Complaints Management<\/p>\n
\tAssist and attend to shopper and driver queries
\n\tResolves escalated customer complaints
\n\tProvide constant feedback to the Area Manager on unresolved customer queries
\n\tInvestigate and respond to shopper queries.
\n\tForesees potential problems before they occur and takes action to prevent them from occurring
\n\tConsults widely with people inside and outside own Branch to solve problems<\/p>\n
Report<\/p>\n
\tTo provide weekly feedback on staff performance levels.
\n\tTo provide reporting and associated performance insights on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
\n\tEnsures accuracy of reporting
\n\tEnsures real-time reporting is always available and visible
\n\tReports are accurate and timeously submitted to relevant parties
\n\tAdvise and check weekly reports for complaints, downtime reports, store productivity<\/p>\n
Qualifications requirements<\/p>\n
The following requirements are necessary:<\/p>\n
\tBe eligible to work in South Africa.
\n\tA valid South African driver’s license or a valid South African Professional driving permit (PrDP)
\n\tClean driving record.
\n\tMust have your own vehicle or motorbike (registration documents to be verified)
\n\tMust have access to a recent smartphone (iPhone 5 \/ Android 4.4 or newer) for the delivery app and GPS
\n\t2-3 years Team Leader experience<\/p>\n
