RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
SHOP ASSISTANT:<\/p>\n
\tGreeting customers with a friendly and helpful manner.
\n\tAssisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for.
\n\tStocking shelves.
\n\tAnswering queries from customers.
\n\tReporting discrepancies and problems to the Supervisor.
\n\tGiving advise and guidance on product selection to customers.
\n\tKeeping the store tidy and clean, this includes hovering and mopping \u2013 housekeeping.
\n\tDealing with customer complaints.
\n\tKeeping up to date with specials and promotions and putting up displays.
\n\tMust have cultural sensitivity.
\n\tCashier duties.
\n\tBarista Coffee.<\/p>\n
STOCK:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure all stock and displays are according to standard.
\n\tOrder stock as per schedule.
\n\tEnsure stock rotation.
\n\tEnsure optimal display and availability of stock.
\n\tBe involve in stock take and stock control.
\n\tStock shelves.
\n\tMake sure all items in shop have been priced and have a price tag.
\n\tEnsure stock is packed neatly and orderly.<\/p>\n
KITCHEN:<\/p>\n
\tFollow recipes as needed and inform the admin office if any changes are needed.
\n\tHousekeeping \u2013 make sure the display units are clean and free of any stains or marks on the glass.
\n\tMust be helpful and make suggestions to customers if there is not a specific item available.<\/p>\n
HEALTH AND SAFETY:<\/p>\n
\tHealth and safety regulations should be more than 90% according to franchise standards.
\n\tEnsure all areas are clean and safe.
\n\tAddress customer and franchise enquiries timeously.
\n\tEnsure that all employees are dressed in the correct uniform.
\n\tQPRO Audits must be above 90% at all times.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tMin:\u00a0Grade 12
\n\tIdeal: Certificate in customer service<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tProven work experience as a shop assistant.
\n\tCustomer Service.
\n\tAny relevant experience and\/or certificates.<\/p>\n
