\tA Sales Analyst is responsible for analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve sales performance and strategies.<\/p>\n

\tData Analysis: Analyze company, industry, and competitor data to identify trends and insights that can inform sales strategies.
\n\tSales Forecasting: Predict future sales activity by examining historical data to prepare for peak sales periods and understand quieter times.
\n\tSales Reporting: Create detailed reports on sales performance, presenting findings to management to support data-driven decision-making.
\n\tCollaboration: Work closely with related teams to develop campaigns and ensure the sales pipeline runs efficiently.
\n\tPerformance Monitoring: Monitor sales metrics and ensure alignment with sales targets, optimizing performance as needed.<\/p>\n
Skills<\/p>\n
\tAnalytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
\n\tTechnical Proficiency: Familiarity with data analysis tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
\n\tCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
\n\tProblem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions based on data analysis.
\n\tCollaborates and networks effectively within immediate team or work domain as required to maximize job impact and personal learning.
\n\tWorks under limited supervision, follows defined precedents and policies.
\n\tAware of relevant external (legal, tax) and internal (e.g. decision authority, procure to pay) stewardship requirements and acts accordingly.
\n\tAble to contribute to and execute strategies in team\/organization.
\n\tHas knowledge in developing new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products.
\n\tPossesses strong collaborative skills for effective internal influencing.
\n\tAble to work under limited supervision with ability to determine own priorities.

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tA matric certificate or NQF4 qualification
\n\t0-2 years’ experience in a similar role
\n\tStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers.
\n\tAn understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
\n\tA desire to learn and grow within the organization.
\n\tExcellent communication skills both written and verbal.
\n\tStrong initiative and problem solving
\n\tExcellent MS Office Package skills (MS Excel specifically)\u00a0
\n\tPositive attitude towards challenges and changes\u00a0
\n\tGood interpersonal and multinational cooperation skills
\n\tExcellent analytical thinking and leadership skills<\/p>\n
