\n\tWorking at Head Office as a Reporting Controller you will be responsible for all Decision Support and Control activities within Nestl\u00e9 in the Market including production and distribution of timely, accurate and relevant management reporting and analysis, ensuring functional leadership on controlling and coordination with business and co-pilots.<\/p>\n
A day in the life a Reporting Controller:<\/p>\n
\tDrive the Management Reporting process to provide all required reporting necessary to deliver transparent and timely information and ensure quality of processes and outputs, which in scope of:
\n\tCoordinate accurate consolidation and timely submission of Magnitude packages and OSOT within Group deadlines (SACT, PACT, MASH, DF, PICA, SCOM) and other market reporting under BPR
\n\tManage and assist management reports on main business Objectives\/ KPI to local management
\n\tProvide relevant reporting for the Group\/ Zone (e.g. Monthly Zone deck, cost below COP etc).
\n\tEnsure the accuracy, integrity and consistency of Markets\u2019 financial reporting in full compliance with NAS to Group Reporting and Control
\n\tBusiness planning:
\n\tLead business planning process \u00a0– Operational Plan, Dynamic Forecast and annual budget
\n\tCoordinate DF consolidation and monitoring to ensure the achievement of financial objectives
\n\tQuantify risks\/ opportunities from gap analysis
\n\tProvide support for Market Business & Strategy
\n\tOperational control :
\n\tMonitor PFME spending and proactively coordinate with Business Controllers to managed spending expectation
\n\tConsolidate marketing activity \/ PFME of NIM businesses, including PFME related information for monthly business review presentation and NIMCOM
\n\tProvide support for various analysis\/ alternative to support decision-making process (e.g. consolidate PFME report, post evaluation, etc).
\n\tSupport business co-pilots for business planning process by providing history information PFME by type\/channel\/BU\/product
\n\tPerforming analysis regarding Strategic Revenue Management
\n\tProvide ad-hoc support and analysis to Business units and Corporate Functions in the areas of PFME and marketing Activities
\n\tOther ad hoc analysis as and when required<\/p>\n
\u00a0What will make you successful?<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s Degree in Accounting or CIMA \/ CA (SA) advantageous
\n\tPrior experience in Accounting \/ Finance function (e.g. Sales, Factory or Supply Chain Controller)
\n\tSAP, Excel and PowerPoint experience
\n\tStrong numerical and analytical skills
\n\tSpeed and accuracy with figures
\n\tExceptional attention to detail
\n\tAbility to prioritise in order to meet multiple deadlines
\n\tStrong stakeholder engagement experience and management, capable of leading others and working effectively in a diverse team environment.
\n\tAbility to work under tight deadlines and pressurized situations, adaptable in a stressful environment
