Position Purpose<\/p>\n
\tThe Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Trainee Programme aims to provide students and recent graduates with practical workplace experience, allowing them to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world environment. This programme is designed to enhance participants’ employability by offering hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to industry-specific tasks. The WIL trainee programme is conducted over a period of 18 months.<\/p>\n
Position Outputs<\/p>\n
\tAssist in specific projects within a department or work-stream.
\n\tPerform routine operational tasks under supervision.
\n\tSupport administrative functions, including documentation and reporting.
\n\tLearning & Development Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs.
\n\tShadow experienced professionals to gain practical insights.
\n\tEngage in problem-solving activities to develop analytical skills.
\n\tCommunication & Collaboration Interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to understand business needs.
\n\tProvide regular updates on assigned tasks and project progress.
\n\tServe as a central contact point for queries and assistance.
\n\tPrepare reports and presentations using MS Office tools.
\n\tAssist in process improvement initiatives.
\n\tCompliance & Safety Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
\n\tEnsure adherence to ethical and professional standards.
\n\tMaintain confidentiality and integrity in all tasks.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
\tMatric certificate\/equivalent
\n\tN6 – Office Administration or N6-Business Management.
\n\tMust be a South African citizen.
\n\tAge between 18- 35.
\n\tPreference will be given to People with Disabilities.
\n\tNo bursary obligation with another company.
\n\tProof of certified Matric certificate, Academic record, ID and TVET college experiential learning letter.<\/p>\n
