Key Responsibilities: <\/p>\n
\tDemonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture. Operate machines \/ equipment in accordance with safe work instructions. Adhere to safety and housekeeping as per company procedures and OHS Act requirements including its associated regulations.
\n\tPlan production and ensure OTD (on-time delivery) and Quality are met
\n\tFollow SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
\n\tDrive Implementation of 6S, KAIZEN principles and LEAN approach.
\n\tAttend other operational meetings when required.
\n\tGreen Area boards must be updated by COB of the 1st working day of the new month.
\n\tLiaise with internal & external customers and suppliers.
\n\tSubmit month end reports for OPCO meetings.<\/p>\n
\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200bJob Knowledge\/Education and Qualifications: <\/p>\n
\tRelevant National Diploma or one – three year\u2019s related experience and\/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
\n\tAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
\n\tAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.<\/p>\n
