Job Purpose:<\/p>\n
\tTo assist the Cloud and Software Team in growing business and opportunities by e.g., qualifying opportunities and recommending solutions based on the clients\u2019 requirements, assisting with the tender processes and providing business support (internal and external) to Mustek Cloud and Software customers, etc.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Business Development<\/p>\n
\tAssist the Cloud & Software Team in growing the run\u2013rate business.
\n\tGrow Mustek Market share and awareness in Cloud and Software.
\n\tDesign solutions in conjunction with Sales Engineering based on clients\u2019 requirements
\n\tAssist with tender processes
\n\tConduct demos and POC on Mustek Solutions
\n\tMonitor accurate and correct delivery of solutions sold (Internal and External Stakeholders)
\n\tEnsuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge and understanding in area of work.
\n\tEnsure Salesforce pipeline up to date 24\/7
\n\tDevelop a clear understanding of the market needs.
\n\tBuild and maintain good relationships with partners and End Users
\n\tAttending necessary training to upskill and maintaining certifications annually.
\n\tAttend and arrange meetings between relevant stakeholders
\n\tRegional travel when and if required.
\n\tAfterhours access and work when and if required.
\n\tMaintain a growth mindset<\/p>\n
Customer Satisfaction<\/p>\n
\tMaintaining partner and end-user relationships and delivering the best customer service
\n\tRefreshing and following up old quotes (part of courtesy calls)
\n\tCourtesy calls to customers
\n\tUnderstanding customers’ diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
\n\tPromote the Mustek Eco System to partners and end-users
\n\tWeekly\/Daily Customer facing visits feedback to be provided<\/p>\n
Qualification and Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMatric or Grade 12
\n\tTertiary commerce qualification would be advantageous
\n\t5-7 years minimum business development \/ sales experience within end user and partner space.<\/p>\n
