\tProviding support to the HR department with daily and monthly functions to ensure positive group performance.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\tThe Job description for the successful candidate is as per below, but not limited to:
\n\tMaintaining filing in the department
\n\tAssisting with drawing up of contracts of employment
\n\tDC Staff time tracking
\n\tUpdating employee information databases
\n\tCompilation of hours for overtime & public holidays from all our stores as an input for payroll.
\n\tScheduling interviews and meetings
\n\tAssisting with the coordination\/preparation for company events
\n\tAssisting with store Labour Audits.
\n\tAssistance with recruitment and related admin.
\n\tPrepare UIF documents for terminated staff.
\n\tCapturing employee leave on tracking sheets
\n\tMaintaining employee lists\/store employee database<\/p>\n
Desired Experience & Qualification<\/p>\n
\tDiploma in HR
\n\tExperience in HR would be advantageous<\/p>\n
\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200b\u200bCompetencies:<\/p>\n
\tAble to work under pressure
\n\tGood Computer skills (must have knowledge of MS office)
\n\tAttention to detail and organizational skills
\n\tTime management and ability to meet deadlines
\n\tGood verbal communication Ability to work independently and as part of a team<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMust be between the ages of 18 \u2013 30
\n\tMust have completed their undergraduate Degree
\n\tMust have copies of the original Degree & Matric certificate.
\n\tMust be living in Phoenix or immediate surrounding Areas
\n\tMust not have completed an internship previously<\/p>\n
Nice to have:<\/p>\n
\t6 months to 1 year experience in retail sector HR.<\/p>\n
Job Type & Contract Length:<\/p>\n
\tPermanent 45HR contract<\/p>\n
