Job Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tProviding excellent customer service, with customers issue being resolved first time around.
\n\tUse your expert knowledge and brilliant communication skills to resolve a range of customer issues and queries.
\n\tBuild rapport with customers, get to know their individual needs and put their interests first.
\n\tExcellent time management skills
\n\tConvert incoming customer service calls into sales.
\n\tExplain to customers the offer and the product benefits.
\n\tConduct needs analysis, understanding the client\u2019s requirements so you able to offer the customer the best product for them.
\n\tBuilding great rapport with your clients, to ensure there is a trust level built.
\n\tAct as a brand ambassador of our client<\/p>\n
Job Required Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or a NQF 4 Equivalent
\n\tOutbound\/ Inbound sales experience (local \/ international)
\n\tMinimum 12 months sales + 12 months customer service
\n\tRecent 1-year unbroken tenure
\n\tResides within a 30 KM radius from the office.<\/p>\n

\tExcellent verbal communication<\/p>\n
Soft Skills<\/p>\n
\tSales Ability (comfortable with handling objections, building rapport, needs analysis)
\n\tA solid background in targeted customer service.
\n\tA driven mindset and a love for hitting targets.
\n\tAttention to detail, so the conversation is correctly captured and actioned.
\n\tCustomer centricity
\n\tAbility to multitask.<\/p>\n
Preferred Skills:<\/p>\n
\tAdvanced sales\/upselling or retentions experience.<\/p>\n
